CHARLES BUSCARINO

Mr. Buscarino is the founder, CEO, and president of The Clarient Group. He leads Team Clarient in developing smart building technology solutions that are integrative in their approach, innovative in their application, and meet clients’ needs from Day One to the end of the lease.

With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Buscarino is an acknowledged thought leader in the design of technology systems and smart building design. He has provided strategic leadership for the development and implementation of some of the most noteworthy projects of this era – including American Dream Meadowlands, a ground-breaking retail/entertainment development, and Columbia University’s new Manhattanville campus.

His work encompasses notable projects in the residential, educational, hospitality, workplace, and healthcare markets.

Mr. Buscarino earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and is currently serving on the school’s Board of Trustees. He is a SmartScore and WiredScore Accredited Professional.
