The Clarient Group was retained by Extell Development to address technology needs for one of their premier projects, a mixed-use tower which includes the Park Hyatt New York Hotel and the One57 luxury residences. Our comprehensive role included designing technology systems for the base building, common areas, private amenity spaces, residential sales office, and individual residential units.
