262 Fifth Avenue

262 Fifth Avenue is a 54-story residential tower at the corner of 29th Street. The building was planned with 41 full floor units that could be custom designed to the requirements of the individual tenant users. With the core services for the building (elevators, building systems, etc.) in an outside spine, it frees up the floor plate for customizing. The building also includes 10,000 square feet of retail space on the first two floors.

The Clarient Group provided the development team with a smart building design report which includes design recommendations to prepare the facility to support the integration of a variety of IoT devices, building sub- systems, operational services and client facing applications.
