PROJECT PROFILE

American Dream is a one of a kind entertainment and retail destination for both local residents and international travelers. The Clarient Group has provided master planning, design, and project management services for the project.

Located in East Rutherford, NJ (next to MetLife Stadium), American Dream includes over 350 retail establishments, 100 dining options, special event spaces, and a variety of experiential entertainment venues. Among these are an amusement park, water park, a Ferris wheel, an indoor ski slope, NHL-sized hockey rink, movie theaters, aquarium, miniature golf, performance spaces, and others.
