PROJECT PROFILE
Asurion, the company best known for providing insurance coverage for smart phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics, is building a new headquarters building at 1111 Church Street in the Gulch section of Nashville. As part of the technology design team for the new 8-story, 555,000 square foot building, The Clarient Group is providing security systems and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) design services and Smart Building Master Integrator services.
As part of the Smart Building Master Integrator Design services, The Clarient Group worked with the client to prioritize the Day 1 and Day 2 experiences in order to bring on a Master Integrator and IoT Platform. Through that process a mobile app for employees was brought to the forefront of required technologies.
The Clarient Group created a detailed design for the evaluation and selection of the Master Integrator and IoT Platform and aided the client in the evaluation and selection of the awarded vendor.
Once on board, The Clarient Group provided Construction Administration services to respond to RFIs, review submissions by the integrator, and monitor overall alignment with the design concluding in a final verification, and selection of the awarded vendor.
