PROJECT PROFILE

Bell Works is the redevelopment of the former Bell Labs research center in Holmdel, New Jersey – a two-million sq. ft. edifice designed by Eero Saarinen. When originally built in the early 1960’s the Bell Labs building was the home of much of the leading-edge research in the field of telecommunications and information technology.

Somerset Development has acquired this building and converted it into a mixed-use development with offices (including co-working spaces), retail, a conference/special event center, and other facilities (including the municipality’s public library) that will make this building a community-focused center of activity. The Clarient Group has supported Somerset with Technology Master Planning and design services for various systems in the building.

IT’S NOT ABOUT TECHNOLOGY. IT’S ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.
