PROJECT PROFILE
The tallest residential tower and the 15th tallest building in the world, Central Park Tower (also referred to as Nordstrom Tower) is one of the landmarks along the strip of 57th Street referred to as “Billionaire’s Row.” The lower seven floors of the building (approximately 285,000 square feet) is the home of Nordstrom’s first department store in Manhattan.
Above Nordstrom’s is the tower that contains 179 residential units and numerous amenities. These include a 63-foot indoor swimming pool, exercise room, spa, gym, basketball court, and children’s playroom. Additionally, the building features the “Central Park Club” with lounge, theater, conference rooms, and play area. On the 100th floor is a 126-person ballroom with a private dining room.
The Clarient Group is providing complete technology systems design services including audiovisual, security, IT, network, voice, cellular DAS, and WiFi.
