Hines’ new integrated digital ecosystem powers the experiences of building occupants in the properties where they live, work, or play. The creation of this digital ecosystem was a collaborative effort involving various functions within Hines. It encompassed the integration of platforms, networks, sensors, and apps, all aimed at elevating the client experience. The Clarient Group played a role in the development and implementation of this effort, and several technology vendors partnered to integrate industry-first innovations.

The Clarient Group began by identifying the initial Blueprint, a set of core digital integration capabilities, which evolved into a comprehensive digital ecosystem solution set. The process of implementing these solutions in select Hines properties has recently commenced.

The Clarient Group provided program management, planning, and design services, assisting Hines in developing use cases, determining enabling technologies, and overseeing program implementation. The initial launch is just the beginning, with The Clarient Group continuing to assist in the evolution of the digital ecosystem as a trusted advisor.
