PROJECT PROFILE
The William J. Green Federal Building houses the regional offices of numerous Federal departments and agencies. This ten-story, 840,000 square foot building was originally constructed in 1974 and required a major upgrade and restacking to support the needs of the tenant agencies.
The Clarient Group is providing IT, AV and security design services for the project. The work includes work for the core & shell as well as tenant fit-out services for eight Federal Departments, requiring close coordination among the various agencies and the GSA.
