EXPERT, an acronym for EXperience Prioritized for Enabling Real Estate Technology was officially unveiled during the RealComm/iBcon 2021 pre-conference in Scottsdale, Arizona by Charles Buscarino, the CEO and Founder of TCG.
The EXPERTTM method is built upon an understanding of the building’s stakeholders – owners, tenants, individual users, building operations staff – and their interaction with the property throughout a typical day-in-the-life. Interactions include the arrival and departure process, collaboration and concentration activities, refresh and rejuvenation activities, plus building operations functions – including energy efficiency. By understanding these interactions and the potential friction points, where inefficient or unpleasant experiences might occur, we can then develop the Use Cases to address these experiences, resulting in more enjoyable and efficient interaction with the built environment.
Through a series of interviews and questionnaires , the TCG team scores and ranks proposed Use Cases to determine those which are the most impactful and the greatest value. From there, the appropriate technologies, those with the highest composite ranking, can be selected for design and implementation.
