Mr. Lecker brings more than ten years of experience as a Smart Building Consultant, Mechanical Engineer,  Energy and Sustainability Engineer, and Project Manager.   He has worked on major commercial, healthcare, government, education, and hospitality projects.  He comes to us from Cushman & Wakefield where, among his accomplishments was the development of physics-based and statistical models to simulate energy consumption to calculate TCO and ROI for capital projects.  Prior to C&W, he worked at Dewberry, Intelligent Buildings, and Devita/Elm Engineering.  

Jason is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina, a LEED BD&C Accredited Professional, and an ASHE Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker.  He holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering, and a BS in Architectural Engineering, all from the University of Miami.
