For Clifford Chance, the smart building program discussed in the session didn’t begin in Houston.
Before deploying a similar platform at Texas Tower, Clifford Chance worked with The Clarient Group to develop and implement its smart building strategy at its New York headquarters. The project established the use cases, integration approach, governance framework, and operational workflows that would later inform future deployments.
The 144,000-square-foot workplace was recently recognized as Project of the Year by the Building Intelligence Group – NYC Chapter for its innovative approach to smart building integration and workplace experience.
