2004 - Present

American Dream is a 3-million-square-foot entertainment and retail complex in East Rutherford, NJ, featuring over 350 stores, 100 dining options, and unique attractions like an amusement park, indoor ski slope, and NHL-sized hockey rink. Over the past two decades, The Clarient Group has provided master planning, design, and project management services, continuing to support the seamless integration of diverse technologies as the project evolves.

2004 - Present

Extell

In collaboration with one of New York’s premier developers, The Clarient Group has been a crucial partner for over 20 years, helping to bring visionary residential and commercial properties to life and continually pushing the boundaries of urban living.

2006

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, a global law firm with 1,300 lawyers, partnered with The Clarient Group to modernize technology across their 500,000 sq. ft. New York offices. The Clairent Group provided AV systems, IT infrastructure, security solutions, and a 23-room conference center with advanced room reservation systems.

2009

The Clarient Group elevated 157 West 57th Street, the world’s first tallest residential tower known as the “Billionaire Tower,” by designing advanced technology systems for the Park Hyatt New York Hotel and One57 residences, integrating cutting-edge automation, AV, IT, and security throughout the property.

2011

Alieron Campus

The Clarient Group transformed this space with cutting-edge AV and IT design, including interactive media elements and a comprehensive Software Systems Master Plan, all set within 114 acres of stunning natural landscapes.

2013

With a trusted partnership spanning over 10 years and multiple successful projects, The Clarient Group seamlessly integrated state-of-the-art building technology with the iconic fashion brand’s aesthetic, setting a new standard for corporate headquarters in New York City.

The Clarient Group turned Walker Tower into the first true smart residence building, integrating advanced Crestron™ automation, AV, security, and network systems to blend historic Art Deco charm with cutting-edge technology.

2015

The Columbia Business School project at the Manhattanville campus involved The Clarient Group’s expertise in developing the technology infrastructure for 456,000 square feet of academic and community spaces. Their work included cabling, equipment coordination, wireless coverage, and AV systems design to support the school’s advanced technology needs.

At the iconic 80-floor Time Warner Center, The Clarient Group delivered a sophisticated Media Delivery System that seamlessly integrates high-quality imagery across multi-media screens, enhancing the upscale ambiance of the complex’s public spaces, including The Shops at Columbus Circle and the surrounding plaza. The Clarient Group ensured flawless AV integration for the first PBS broadcast from Jazz at Lincoln Center, bringing the live jazz experience to a national audience with exceptional clarity.

2017

One World Trade Center is a New York icon where The Clarient Group played a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced life-safety and communication systems, ensuring the building’s safety and resilience for the future.

2017

The Clarient Group lead the IT, AV, and Security Systems design in a major two-phase modernization of the William J. Green Federal Building, enhancing its capacity by 20% to support the consolidation of federal agencies in this iconic 840,000 sq. ft. Philadelphia landmark.

2018

AllianceBerstein

The Clarient Group has supported AllianceBernstein (AB) for several years through their managed services program, delivering design and managed design-build services for over 20 office facilities across the U.S. Key locations include New York City, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, and more.

2019

As part of the new 555,000-square-foot Asurion headquarters in Nashville, The Clarient Group provided security systems, DAS design, and Smart Building Master Integrator services. Their role included guiding the selection of a Master Integrator and IoT platform, designing a mobile app for employees, and overseeing the project through construction to ensure alignment with the smart building vision.

2019

Central Park Tower, the tallest residential tower in the world, features luxury residences and Nordstrom’s first Manhattan department store. The Clarient Group provided comprehensive technology systems design, including audiovisual, security, IT, network, cellular DAS, and WiFi, for the tower’s residential units and numerous amenities.

2020

The Clarient Group provided IT design services for the modernization of Northwell Health’s Cancer Center at Staten Island University Hospital, focusing on the interior renovations of the radiation oncology wing and creating specialized suites for interventional radiology, coronary care, and OR recovery. Additionally, they designed a new third floor that will house a CardioThoracic Suite and an adult chemotherapy and infusion center, along with a satellite pharmacy to support both the cancer center and the hospital.

Partnering with one of the world’s most respected real estate firms, The Clarient Group helped Hines enhance value across its global portfolio through forward-thinking technology solutions. Their role in developing Hines’ new integrated digital ecosystem improves occupant experiences, streamlines operations, and boosts profitability for investors, while continuing to provide program management and design services to evolve this innovative solution set.

Marriott International’s new 785,000-square-foot corporate headquarters is designed to foster connectivity and collaboration through innovative spaces and advanced technology. The Clarient Group supported this initiative by conducting a smart building basis of design study and providing project management services, vendor oversight, and implementation support for various IoT systems to enhance the experience for approximately 3,500 employees and building visitors.

2023 - Present

Clifford Chance US is constructing a new headquarters at 2 Manhattan West, encompassing 144,000 square feet across four floors. The Clarient Group was engaged to lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Digital Experience Design Blueprint, ensuring the integration of smart building technology to deliver defined outcomes and enhance workplace experiences.

Empire State Building

Reimagining a global icon, The Clarient Group’s ongoing work at the Empire State Building is a testament to their ability to innovate within historic spaces, blending the old with the new to sustain the building’s status as a symbol of New York City.

The Clarient Group has been collaborating with American Dream for over 20 years, providing comprehensive Project Management and Consulting Services. They’ve recently taken on a new project with the Water Park, where we will be instrumental in developing and managing the IT Infrastructure that supports its systems.
